I taped this movie from the Disney Channel a long time ago, it's about a father and his son at first the father was too busy for his son, then he learns to spend more time with him. It's also about this old lady and her granddaughter, the boy and the girl became friends but the boy's father wants to destroy the lady and her granddaughter's house and where they live.
