Rating: - Imaginative and independent Movie
I always liked the movies from Pippi Longstocking and I wanted to past my daughter the adventures of Pippi and she seems to love her independent live and adventure games with other kids. I think Pippi should make a new entrance this millenium in the theathers. Lots of kids don't know her and she is fun to wash. I think the part of Pipping being a messy girl should be little less.

Pippi has captured the hearts of our daughters and now our granddaughters. Our two year old grandgirl enters our home saying "Pippi Stocking!" meaning she wants to watch it again. No matter their ages, they all remember what fun they had watching the adventures of Pippi.

I am thrilled about my whole experience with Amazon.com. This was a childhood movie me, my brother and sister used to watch together. I'm a big fan of this film and never tire of watching it. I'm an easy-going person so it doesn't bother me that the movie doesn't stick exactly to the storybook. I still enjoy it very much. This film teaches morals and is really fun (with great music). It has a genuine feel and intelligent appeal to it. As a whole, 'The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking' is a very fun, loving, positive, charismatic movie. I love it and recommend for all children and the young-at-heart.

If you've ever read Pippi Longstocking you will be disappointed from the first sighting of Pippi in this film. Just wrong! Read the book, get the original movie and don't waste your family's time and money on this junk!
