As a sophomore outing for this franchise, this is a competent followup to the original that delves a bit more into the actual origins of the Turtles and their mentor. It is very much an enjoyable film for those who liked the first outing. However it is also quite similar in many ways. There are new action scenes and new jokes that play out well enough. Rating: - The Turtles Never Fail on Screen
Whether its a movie or a show, the Turles are the best on screen. This probably is the best and most family-friendly out of the live action TMNT movies. It's not too dark like part one, not too confusing like part 3, and live action, unlike the TMNT cartoon movie.
The situations are cheesy, just like their pizza, and should go fine with parents. There are some fighting scenes and constumed monsters, but will roll over easy with the comical satire.

As a kid watching this I was totally in love and seeing it again brought back some great memories. Its a wonderful story and also I found it be one of my personal favorite action/adventures. Go Ninja Go!
