Rating:  - Hold out for the Golden Collection!
Several reviewers have warned against buying the Spotlight Collection...and I'm jumping on the bandwagon. Please do not buy this collection; all 28 cartoons here are featured in the Golden Collection, Vol. 1, which also features gems from the 50's.
Hold out for the Goldens!

These cartoons are classics. They have inspired generations of your people. They are nostalgic for adults and entertaining for children. Plus, they employ various types of classical music to stimulate a young mind.

This DVD collection is awesome. I am a big Looney Tunes fan and this collection encompasses many cartoons from bugs bunny to speedy gonzales. I recommend this product if you are a Looney Tunes fan.

I opted for these series of Looney Tunes, as the price tag fit my budget. I'm sure the Gold Collection is nicer, but I am well pleased with this purchase. They feature some of the remembered classics I loved, and I am not obsessive about having each one made. It is also enough cartoons to share with kids in the family and give them a taste of what "real" cartoons really were and what we enjoyed. And it was great to watch and relive the old cartoons. My kids had never seen Looney Tunes before. They don't seem to get tired of watching this over and over!. This collection contains a good variety of Looney Tunes characters. I think it was a reasonable price for the amount of material you get!
