These Davy Crocket movies are educational. All children should have to see these movies to see how life was. The movies are filled with action and adventure. You will not regret buying these movies.

Rating: - Nostalgia, yes...but it STILL satisfies as entertainment...
I was an original "Crocketteer" when I first saw this on TV at the age of ten, and it led to a lifelong interest in Davy and The Alamo and his era, the early 19th century, when the wild West was mostly in Tennessee and Arkansas, and near the end of Davy's life, deep in the heart of Texas. Sure it was hokey fun back in the day. Now i'm sharing it with my children and theirs and loving it. So many memories come flooding back---and it's still well done. Ya know you want to---go ahead--do it----feel good again! GGsatman12 recommends it!

I bought this a gift for my son who loves davy crockett. The whole family has enjoyed it. They learned about other american folk heros like Mike Fink and started reading books about these people. Okay it isn't politically correct now but that's just the way it was back then. Relax enjoy and laugh.
