I rented this because of Diane Lane. I have to admit I didn't think it would be too good and I got what I excepted.
Diane Lane plays a naive Texas girl who wins a national beauty contest. She realizes that it isn't all it's cracked up. She has to leave behind her loved ones and live up to the phony image.
