A small community is attacked by ruthless killers. Many innocent bystanders are butchered while a small boy is kidnapped from the arms of his pleading mother (Rebecca). But this wasn't senseless carnage for the boy is the son of a former member of this gang of murderers...a man who years ago stole six million dollars from them. The gangs' warning is deadly: 'Find your husband. Tell him we get our money or the kid dies!' Rebecca goes to Hollywood, seeking the whereabouts of her husband whom she has not seen in two years. There she meats Sergeant Turquoise ('Turquey'). Turquey is a tough veteran cop on the infamous Hollywood beat. Once Turquey and his black partner 'Jaguar' hear Rebecca's story, they take on the case and the mob. Without much to go on, Turquey and Jaguar become involved in a desperate race against time to find Rebecca's husband, locate the money and save the boy from certain death. Turquey and Jaguar break all the rules to get the job done in sometimes serious, often humorous, methods. It isn't long before they turn Hollywood into a killing ground as they search through the evil underworld to finish their job. The mob thought they were going to have it their way, but the Hollywood cop was out to prove they were dead wrong!
