Rating: - A Great Collection
I first saw Dad's Army on PBS 'way back in the seventies when I was in high school. In the 90's I came across a few episodes at a video store on VHS, and remembered how much I enjoyed it. Therefore, I was delighted to see the DVD set on Amazon.

Rating: - A MUST HAVE!
Very Tasty Very Sweet! This is a wonderful start to our new collection on NTSC...AND on DVD! Includes our favorite episodes:
"The Two and a Half Feathers" when Jones (aka Clive Dunn) takes us back in time to the battle of Omdimun, and is seen as his "younger self"...watch out for those mothballs Captain M , and "A Soldier's Farewell" where Captain Mainwaring plays the part of Napoleon...or was it just a "toasted cheese supper" dream?

Rating: - DAD'S ARMY - COLLECTION
This is one GREAT collection. I give it five out of five stars. Leaves you wanting more of Dad's Army.
Rating: - The TV show ever!!
Watching and rewatching these episodes is therapy. After a day at work Dad's Army always gets me laughing. Arthur Lowe, Clive Dunn and the rest paint a portrait of a place I would like to live in. You get so close to the characters, that when I found out about James Beck's untimely death I felt that I had lost a friend.
Rating: - THAT WAS GREAT..BUT WHEN ARE THE REST COMMING TO DVD?
I ENJOYED DAD'S ARMY COLLECTION BUT I HAVE SEEN OTHER EPISODES ON PBS AND WAS WONDERING WHEN ARE THE REST OF THE COLLECTION GOING TO BE RELEASED ON DVD??
