A secret 1990 classic comedy about the perils of being so different from everyone else. Dinky is the adopted daughter of two very normal parents. She often retreats to the river to take care of stray animals who she has rescued from time to time. My roommate likes this movie, but I love it. It's a teen movie that is better than all of John Hughes teen films combined. It stars Winona Ryder in the type of movie I love to see her in.
