Rating:  - Love, and Love Again!
Both of these movies are great great great!!! They remind me of how great it is to be a young girl. Every girl is a princess is the message in A Little Princess. And discovery and love are great themes in The Secret Garden. I love them, you should buy them!

I am soooo glad that I took a chance and ordered this item anyway, even after reading the reviews on this page! The widescreen is available on the flip side of the DVD. So this turns out to be a great buy!
Rating:  - Good Movies, but misleading
I love both of these movies, but I was quite disappointed because there is a very misleading print on the back that says there is both widescreen as well as fullscreen inside. I'm just glad that these aren't my all-time favorite movies, or I'd really be disappointed in the false advertising. So, heads up, they're both full screen and not wide. Otherwise, love the movies. The Secret Garden is one of my favorite stories.

I bought this DVD for "A Little Princess" after having seen it on TV and I already had the original "The Little Priness" with Shirley Temple. Both this remake and the original are great classics but I think this remake is better. Both versions have a happy ending but the remake is happier and doesn't leave you hanging. The scond movie was a bonus and worth viewing once but it does not fall into the classic catagory that is enjoyable viewing numerous times. I would have rated this 5 stars if the ... Read More
