Product Description:
Against Time Most of us eventually wonder what we might have become. Is Z.T. about to discover what he became? About to finish high school, budding inventor Z.T. dreams of escaping both his sleepy town and his gloomy, widowed Dad, COLE. But his ambitions get a stunning reality check with the arrival of ZACK, a raving, 68 year-old drunk claiming to be the boy s older self. Suspiciously unable to recall the exact details, Zack is desperate to avert a single mistake he claims sent the rest of his years into a tragic spiral. As the two forge a shaky alliance to piece together the old man s fragile memory, Z.T. deals with pressure from his well-meaning Coach (John Amos) and courts a new love, DELENA (Emilie Jacobs). After a devastating confession from Z.T. s father, Zack s visit takes on new gravity, as one man, split in two by fifty lost years, realizes that both his future and past now hang perilously, in a race AGAINST TIME.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - A Good, Not Great, Movie Until the Final Scenes
I had great hopes for this movie, not only before watching it but virtually all the way through the story. Then, in the last scene comes a twist that makes all the previous movie seem confusing. Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Against Time
I was really hoping to discover an overlooked gem when I ordered this movie. Robert Loggia does his best to carry the film, but he's not given enough dialog or plot to support his histrionics. Craig T. Nelson delivers a most surprising turn as an indifferent father, and it was good to see John Amos again, even in a throwaway role with no meat to chew on. The youngsters are enthusiastic and sincere, but all in all it comes across as nothing more than a low-budget, lightweight TV movie that may end ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Wow, An Undiscovered Treasure of a Movie
It was simply a great, heartwarming movie. If you want to feel really good, check it out. The writing was really well done, and the actors did a great job of bringing the story to life, especially the main character and his girlfriend.

This is one that can be enjoyed over and over again.
