Too often we take for granted the fitness conditioning required for skiing. Ski Fitness could aptly be named essential fitness for all types of skiers (alpine and nordic). The disk guides you through a general cardio and muscular fitness program and leads into ski specific fitness dry-land drills, exercises and modes.
