The True Story of Eskimo Nell (1975) is an Australian film based on a dirty poem called The Ballad of Eskimo Nell. The intent was to create a cowboy film in the tradition of Blazing Saddles based on the poem. The unlikely duo of Mexican Pete the cocksman, and Deadeye Dick the inept become mates, and adventure their way to see Eskimo Nell, whom Deadeye Dick is sure is the best lay and the most beautiful woman ever. The DVD has great special features, and is coded for All Regions, Pal.
