Rating:  - Always like seeing Depp
Depp did a great job here trying to keep his family going day by day;adding DiCaprio was brilliant.Seeing these two together in their early days was entertaining.The story flows nicely to keep your attention.It definitely is a movie you watch more than once.J.R.Christine(Judy)-Michigan

the video looks to be stolen from blockbuster and I was under the impression that it was going to be a used video that was purchase legally. the case does not close which is rather annoying. the dvd is ok though, nothing wrong with the picture of anything.
Rating:  - Enjoyable, relatable Movie
I have a developmentally disabled child and purchased this movie to see how it relates. I was impressed with the acting but thought it was a little dry and lacking substance. There were a few things that could have obviously been handled differently and would have made a more believable movie.

Fine acting, fine performances, in a realistic enough setting. But the writers forgot to make me care about these people. I watched half and then gave up.

Commentary is awesome! This movie is a classic I will share with high school aged students.
