Rating: - They just don't make many good films about 1930s hobos
This is easily one of my favorite films, it just really doesn't let down in any department aside from the fact that it isn't long enough. I never will get tired of this film.
Rating: - The War, two men, The Battlefield, the train.
Survival of the fittest, My way or the highway, are, in my opinion, the main bones of contention through out this film. Pride, ego, are also key elements. Borgnine, Marvin, Carradine, boy "the bad, the good, the ugly", what more be said? If your a steam train lover, like I am, you are in for a special treat. Sit back and enjoy a good old fashion popcorn eating, soda drinking, theater movie!!
Rating: - fun day at work
Working for a class 1 railroad today this movie kept my attention from the start and I enjoyed Shaks dark side. Any railroader will enjoy this movie and give them a new enjoyment while riding the rails at work
Rating: - Emperor of the North
Ernie Borgnine and Lee Marvin duke it out with 2x4s, chains, hammers and a fire axe in this action-adventure which takes place almost entirely on trains! A great character study of he-men ridn' the rails.
Rating: - emperor of north
wonderful a lot of action with two monsters of all times, these great actors
