Comments: Although, I cancelled my order just one day after I gave the order, they refunded the money 3 weeks after I sent many warning and reminding e-mails.

Comments: I'm impressed with the customer service. My book was damaged in shipping. When I contacted the seller I received a reply quickly with more than one option to resolve the issue! They fixed the problem quickly and were very nice. Although this seller is a slower shipper (they take the full estimated delivery period) books do arrive within the time promised. The wait is worth it for the service!

Comments: This is one lousy vendor and I believe the store is located in the truck of his car. An order is placed on 10-3 and I may get it on 10-27. If I had known it would take 3 weeks to receive one cd I would not have place an order. These vendors are crap, I would not rate 1 star, maybe a minus 3 star rating, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!
